This Privacy Policy applies to all Students and governs data collection, storage, transmission, and usage. The Courses offer Students the opportunity to learn about inspection, materials engineering, metallurgical engineering, mechanical engineering, corrosion engineering, risk-based inspection methodologies and how to conduct Risk Based Inspection in the wider context of the engineering industry. By using purchasing and accessing the Courses, you consent to the data practices described herein.

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information

 The Courses may collect personally identifiable information associated with your purchase(s), such as your:

Debit, Credit Card, and banking information

 All payments are processed through an independent third party.

 No personal information about Students is collected unless voluntarily provided. Information may be used for, but not limited to, communicating with Students in relation to purchased services and/or products from the Creator.

2. Use of Cookies and Personal Information when using Kajabi

Kajabi.com (the “Site”) collects and uses "cookies" as part of its operations to deliver the services a Student has requested. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. Use of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site. This information may include: IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.

 The Site may also use cookies to inform a Student of other courses, products, or services available from the Site and its affiliates.

 The Site processes merchant services through major credit card providers. Students have a right to request information on how their personal information and data collected is being used, including what category or categories of data are being collected and why such data is/has been acquired.

 The Site may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the Site, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. Students have a right to request information on what third parties the Site partners with in relation to the foregoing shared data.

 The Courses have implemented reasonable security standards, but in no event less than industry standards, to protect (i) the physical security of Student data; and (ii) course content, all operating systems and/or software applications, and all data storage systems and media provided or included by.

6. E-mail Communications

 From time to time, the Courses may contact Students via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve services, Students may receive a notification when opening an email from the Creator or clicking on a link therein. Students may opt out of such communications by clicking the unsubscribe link.

7.  Children Age 18 and Under

The Company recognizes the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 18 and under. AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 18 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If the Company discovers that a child age 18 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.

Kajabi nonetheless encourages parents to go online with their kids. Here are a few tips to help make a child’s online experience safer:

Guests of the Site are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on the Company’s forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards.  The Courses reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Courses available through from the Courses after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
